THE BEGINNING
ORIGINALLY A GROUP OF FRIENDS WHO MET WHILST WORKING A SUMMER SEASON ABROAD IN KAVOS IN THE SUMMER OF 2019, WE WERE AWARE OF A NUMBER OF WORKING HOLIDAYS COMPANIES BUT WERE ALSO MORE THAN AWARE OF SEVERAL HORROR STORIES ABOUT PEOPLE NOT RECEIVING THE ASSISTANCE THEY EXPECTED AND/OR BEING OVERCHARGED.
THIS DIDN'T SIT RIGHT WITH US AND WE CREATED REP ROUTE WORKING HOLIDAYS, A BRAND DESIGNED TO BE TRUSTED TO DELIVER THE HIGHEST QUALITY SERVICE AND PERSONAL GUIDANCE FOR ALL OF OUR GUESTS WHO WISH TO EXPERIENCE A SEASON WORKING ABROAD. WE STAND BY OUR MOTTO OF 'THE COMPANY IS ONLY AS GOOD AS IT'S REPRESENTATIVE' AND THEREFORE EXCLUSIVELY RECRUIT ONLY THE BEST REPS TO ENSURE YOUR TIME IN RESORT IS A LIFE CHANGING ONE FOR ALL THE RIGHT REASONS.
THE JOURNEY
IN OUR FIRST OPERATIONAL SUMMER WE WERE IMMEDIATELY FACED WITH A HUGE CHALLENGE, THE IMPACT OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC.
AFTER SOME DEEP THINKING AND CAREFUL CONSIDERATION WE MADE THE DECISION TO GO AHEAD WITH THE SUMMER 2020 SEASON WHICH ENDED UP BEING A GREAT DECISION.
IN A TIME WHERE SEVERAL PEOPLE WERE SUFFERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF LOCKDOWN WE WERE ABLE TO OFFER OUR GUESTS AN OPPORTUNITY TO NOT ONLY ESCAPE BUT BE WELCOMED INTO A FAMILY VIBED GROUP FOR WHOM WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME IN ZANTE WITH!
TODAY WE ARE DELIGHTED TO BE ABLE TO SAY THAT WE HAVE DIRECT PARTNERSHIPS WITH EVERY BAR, RESTAURANT & CLUB ON THE ISLAND OF ZAKYNTHOS AND CONTINUE TO WORK HARD BEHIND THE SCENES TO SOURCE RECRUITMENT OPPORTUTNITIES FOR OUR GUESTS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD!
OUR EXPERIENCE
Our team holds a collective 30+ years of experience in seasonal work abroad. Our full intention is to use that experience to assist you in having the best summer of your life, hosting regular events, excursions, group meals, bar crawls and taking our team out on team bonding experiences throughout the summer to create a real tight knit group of like-minded people every summer!
Rest assured our expert Rep Team shall be doing everything in their power to ensure you are comfortable, safe and have an amazing time abroad.
OUR MOTIVE
Our overall motive is, and will remain, to create life changing experiences that better our clients lives. We know ourselves from experience that working a season abroad is a mind & life changing experience, it's amazing for so many reasons: meeting international like-minded party people, experiencing different countries foods & cultures, waking up in the sunshine every day, being part of that summer family, the list goes on!
We ourselves know how great this is and felt it necessary to use this experience to entice others to do the same and experience the emotions, events, DJs, sunshine and so much more with us in working abroad. We've helped 100s of people work abroad so far and aim to build this to the 1000s in the near future with some brand new destinations being added to our resorts page!

We are also the exclusive recruitment partners for Tropic Events in resort allowing us to guarantee our workers recruitment options in the events industry!
BECOMING A REP
We are a team built of experienced reps working for a variety of different tour operators, hotels and working holidays companies. Collectively we found that we were constantly asked "How Do You Become a Rep?". The reality is there was no exact answer to that question, until now: Rep Route has teamed up with some brilliant Tour Operators & Events Companies to allow us to give you a direct Route to becoming a Rep. We provide in depth training once in resort to give you all the tools to be a successful holiday rep.
